Mission

* Du stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten Richtlinien in unserem Verantwortungsbereich sicher und entwickelst unsere Prozessdokumentation kontinuierlich weiter

* Du unterstützt die Buchhaltung bei der Bearbeitung und Verbuchung von Lieferantenrechnungen und trägst zu einer effizienten und fehlerfreien Abwicklung bei

* Du analysierst und hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe regelmäßig, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und begleitest aktiv deren Umsetzung

* Du bereitest Reports auf und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung sowie Pflege relevanter Kennzahlen (KPIs) in Power BI odervergleichbaren Reporting-Tools

* Nach deiner Einarbeitung übernimmst du Verantwortung im Qualitätsmanagement des kaufmännischen Bereichs und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung und Kommunikationvon Qualitätsstandards

Profile

* Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder technisches Studium mit sehr guten betriebswirtschaftlichen

* Kenntnissen bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, im Controlling oder in einem vergleichbaren kaufmännischenBereich

* Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Power BI oder Interesse, dich in moderne Reporting- und KI-gestützte Tools einzuarbeiten

* Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Themen aktiv voranzutreiben

* Hohes Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Unternehmerisches und prozessorientiertes Denken
