Als österreichische Niederlassung eines internationalen Chemie-Handelskonzerns sind wir für den gesamten SEE Raum verantwortlich.

Das Verkaufsteam ist in verschiedenen SEE Ländern aktiv und vertritt namhafte Lieferanten aus Europa, Amerika, Asien-Pazifik und Afrika. Die Aktivitäten für die SEE Region werden vom zentralen Büro in Wien aus koordiniert.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort in Markt Allhau, Burgenland, suchen wir zum ehest möglichen Eintritt 1 Mitarbeiter:in im Customer Service mit Kroatisch-Kenntnissen (w/m/d) in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben

· Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Auftrags- und Transportabwicklung vom Bestelleingang bis hin zur Verfolgung der Warenauslieferung inkl. Fakturierung

· Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen unter Einbindung des Vertriebs

· Betreuung von Bestandskunden und Aufbauen einer langfristigen Kundenbeziehung

· Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Lieferanten und Kunden

· Unterstützung des Außendienstes und Erstellen von Preisangeboten

· Kompetente Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Lieferanten; Versenden und Nachfassen von Informations- und Vertragsunterlagen

· Erfassung aller notwendigen Daten und Aktivitäten im ERP-System (JD Edwards) sowie in unserem CRM-System (Salesforce)

· Bestellwesen / Lageroptimierung

· Reklamationsbearbeitung

· Mahnwesen

Das bringst du mit

· Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

· Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Aufgabengebiet (Sachbearbeitung, Spedition)

· Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

· Stressresistenz und Freude am Umgang mit Kund:innen

· Fließende Kroatisch-, Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

· Selbstständige, gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

· Solide PC-Kenntnisse, JD Edwards und Salesforce Kenntnisse von Vorteil
