Ihre Aufgaben in dieser Position beinhalten: * Organisation und Abwicklung von Instandsetzungsarbeiten sowie Gewährleistungsverfolgung in Abstimmung mit Nutzer*innen und Fachfirmen insbesondere in den Bereichen Heizung-Kältung-Lüftung-Sanitär (HKLS) und Mess-, Steuer-, Regeltechnik (MSR) * Organisation und Sicherstellung von erforderlichen Prüf- und Wartungsleistungen insbesondere im HKLS-Bereich * Organisation und Abwicklung von haustechnischen Adaptionen und Umbauten

* Prüfung und Abwicklung von Energieoptimierungsmaßnahmen an der Schnittstelle zwischen HKLS und MSR

Für diese vielseitige Position bringen Sie folgende Qualifikationen und Kenntnisse mit: * Abgeschlossene einschlägige höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU im HKLS- bzw. MSR-Bereich) * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektabwicklung im technischen Bereich oder im Betrieb technischer Einrichtungen (Facility Management), insbesondere im HKLS- bzw. MSR-Bereich * Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen im laufenden Betrieb (vorteilhaft im HKLS- bzw. MSR-Bereich) * Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, CAFM-System etc.) * Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2-Niveau)

Idealerweise zählen zu Ihrem Profil: * Eigenverantwortliche und effiziente Erledigung der beschriebenen Aufgaben * Kaufmännisches Verständnis * Strukturierte und transparente Arbeitsweise * Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung * Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit * Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten

Vergütung Einstufung in die Verwendungsgruppe IIIb nach Kollektivvertrag für ArbeitnehmerInnen der Universitäten.

Wir bieten ein kollektivvertragliches Jahresbruttogehalt auf Basis Vollzeit in Höhe von EUR 43.838,20.

Anrechenbare Vordienstzeiten führen zu einem höheren Grundgehalt.
