Aufgabengebiet

* Sie beraten und unterstützen Incoming-Studierende sowie Austauschstudierende und übernehmen die damit verbundenen administrativen Aufgaben.

* Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die Kommunikation und Koordination mit den Studiengängen, Partnerhochschulen und externen Stellen verantwortlich.

* Sie unterstützen die Abwicklung von Erasmus+-Projekten.

* Auch die Organisation, Abwicklung und Betreuung von Personalmobilitäten (STA/STT) gehören zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.

* Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie die Abwicklung und Koordination von Stipendien- und Mobilitätsförderprogrammen im internationalen Kontext.

* Ebenso gehört die Pflege der Daten in den Verwaltungssystemen zu Ihren Tätigkeiten.

Qualifikationsprofil

* Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion wünschenswert

* Einwandfreie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; dritte Fremdsprache von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenzen

* Reisebereitschaft

Neben einem marktgerechten Bruttogehalt ab EUR 41.000,- p.a. (bei Vollzeit; Gehalt abhängig von Qualifikation, Erfahrung und individuellen Fähigkeiten) bieten wir ein attraktives Incentive-Programm, vielfältige Aus- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten sowie die Möglichkeit zu einem maßgeblichen Mobile-Working-Anteil (40 %).
