Die Maimonides-Zentrum GmbH ist eine moderne geriatrische Pflegeeinrichtung der Isra-elitischen Kultusgemeinde in Wien, die viele Funktionen, wie Pflegestationen sowie zwei Demenzstationen, Ambulanz und Tagesstätte, unter einem Dach vereint.

Unsere Grundhaltung ist der wertschätzende Umgang mit unseren Bewohnenden und Kol-legInnen. Unser Motto "Wo Menschlichkeit zu Hause ist" leitet unser tägliches Handeln.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der ergotherapeutischen Versorgung von Bewohnen-den der Langzeitgeriatrie suchen wir ab sofort 1 Mitarbeiter/in im Personalwesen (m/w/d) Voll- oder Teilzeit (ab 30 Stunden pro Woche)

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

* Gewissenhafte Pflege und Kontrolle von Zeiterfassungsdaten (Arbeits- sowie Fehlzeiten)

* Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten als Schnittstelle zur externen Personalverrechnung

* Ansprechpartner und zentrale Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeiter/innen und Führungskräfte in arbeitsrechtlichen Belangen

* Aktive Mitarbeit im Bewerbermanagement und der Personalverwaltung

* Verwaltung der internen Datenbank sowie der Personalakten

* Laufende Prozessoptimierung und Mitarbeit an Projekten

* Genaue und termintreue Erstellung von Auswertungen und Listen

Das erwarten wir uns von Ihnen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder fachspezifische Berufserfahrung

* Zumindest theoretische Kenntnisse des österreichischen Arbeitsrechts

* Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen

* Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit Teamfähigkeit

* Sozialkompetenz und Diskretion sind unumgänglich

* kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)

* Pro-aktiver Zugang zu Personal-Themen sowie Flexibilität

Für diese Position gilt laut KV der Privatkrankenanstalten Österreichs auf Vollzeitbasis und mit Berufserfahrung ein monatliches Bruttogehalt in Höhe von mindestens Euro 2.651,00.

Je nach Erfahrung und Zusatzqualifikation besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Darüber hinaus zahlen wir freiwillige Zulagen und alle geleisteten Stunden werden abgegolten.
