Wir setzen auf Menschen, die beruflich sowie privat mit viel Herzblut und Leidenschaft bei der Sache sind! 1 Mitarbeiter/in im Skiverleih für unseren Standort in 6632 Ehrwald für die Wintersaison ab Dezember 2026.

Teilzeitbeschäftigung ab 20 Wochenstunden zu den Öffnungszeiten (Montag bis Sonntag von 8:30 bis 18:00 Uhr).

Du begeisterst dich für Wintersport und möchtest auch anderen ein gutes Gefühl auf der Piste geben? Dann bist du bei uns richtig. Wir suchen Menschen, die mit Energie, Freundlichkeit und echter Begeisterung dafür sorgen, dass unsere Kund:innen bestens ausgerüstet in den Skitag starten und mit einem Lächeln wieder zurückkommen.

WAS DICH AUSMACHT:

* Du bist sportbegeistert und hast Spaß an Beratung, Verkauf und Kundenkontakt - gerne auch als Quereinstieg (z.B. Gastronomie)

* Du sprichst Englisch und/oder Deutsch und Teamplay steht für dich an erster Stelle.

* Als technischer Allrounder steht bei dir Service im Fokus, dabei bist du dir deiner verantwortungsvollen Rolle bewusst

* Du hast eine Schwäche für Sportartikel und probierst die neuesten Trends am liebsten auf und abseits der Skipiste gleich aus.

DEINE NEUE AUFGABE:

* Customer First: Die Zufriedenheit deiner Kund:innen hat für dich oberste Priorität. Durch deine kompetente Beratung werden auch Saisonkund:innen zu Stammkund:innen

* Beratung: Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen das richtige Equipment für ihr Wintersporterlebnis zu finden und sorgst mit deiner serviceorientierten Beratung dafür, dass sie sich bestens aufgehoben fühlen und gerne wiederkommen

* Service: Neben der Beratung bist du für die technische Einstellung der Ausrüstung verantwortlich - Diese Abwechslung macht dir Spaß

* Anpacken: Bei uns helfen alle mit - Von der Filialleitung bis zum Lehrling: aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und bei Bedarf auch Unterstützung an der Kassa
