DIENSTORT: Graz

ARBEITSZEIT: 38,5 STD./WOCHE

GEHALT: AB BRUTTO € 35.000,-

Als Mitarbeiter_in in unserem Innendienstteam bist du für unsere Großkunden im Einsatz.

Fachbereich Sanitär und Haustechnik

DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Dein Fokus liegt auf der Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kund:innen (Installateur:innen) in allen kaufmännischen und technischen Belangen.

* In deine Zuständigkeit fallen die Auftragserfassung, Angebotslegung sowie Nachverfolgung dieser Offerte.

* Du unterstützt in enger Zusammenarbeit deine Kolleg:innen im Vertriebsinnen- und Außendienst.

* Du bist professionelle:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Eine offene und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit zeichnen dich aus.

* Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Lehre GWH, HAK, HTL,..) sowie Produktkenntnisse im Bereich Sanitär/Heizung mit.

* Guter Umgang mit MS Office und Outlook sowie Freude an EDV Tools wie SAP ist vorausgesetzt.

* Du überzeugst mit Lernbereitschaft, Motivation und Teamgeist.
