* Kundenpflege und Ausbau der Kundenbeziehungen

* Kompetente Beratung der Kunden im Produktportfolio rund um Wälzlager und Antriebselemente über Telefon und E-Mail

* Termingerechte Auftragsabwicklung der bestellten Ware

* Begleitung der Kunden zum Online-Shop als Bestell- und Informationssystem

Im besten Fall bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* Ganzheitliches Denken in Kundenbeziehungen, Erkennen von Umsatzpotenzialen

* MS-Office Kenntnisse und technisches Interesse

* Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Anfragen, Priorisierung und Überblick auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen.
