Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 MITARBEITER_IN IMMOBILIEN-BUCHHALTUNG / MIETENBERECHNUNG (38 Std./Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Erfassung und korrekte Berechnung von Mieten/Entgelten für neue Mietverträge

- Eigenständige Stammdatenpflege und

- Datenmanagement (z.B. Änderung von Namen, Adressen, Kündigungen, etc.)

- Jährliche Anpassung der Entgeltbestandteile entsprechend der gesetzlichen Grundlagen (WGG, MRG)

- Verbuchung debitorischer Geschäftsfälle

Unsere Erwartungen:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder immobilienwirtschaftliche Ausbildung (z.B.

Controlling, Buchhaltungsassistenz, Immobilienverwalter*in, etc.)

- Strukturierte, verlässliche und genaue Arbeitsweise

- Berufserfahrung (besonders im gemeinnützigen Wohnungswesen) von Vorteil

- Zahlenaffinität - keine Scheu vor großen Datenmengen und deren Verarbeitung

- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel)

- Höfliches Auftreten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit internen und externen
