* Objektbuchhaltung / Verbuchung von automatischen Datenträgern

* Erfassung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen

* Erstellung von Eigentümerabrechnungen

* Korrespondenz mit Mietern und Eigentümern bezugnehmend auf Zahlungen, Mahnungen, Auszahlungen, Abrechnungen

* Erstellung von Betriebskosten- und Rücklagenabrechnungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Hausverwaltung

* Monatliche Eigentümerauszahlungen

Anforderungen

* Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, HLW, LAP) abgeschlossen, gerne auch Schulabgänger_innen mit erster Berufserfahrung

* Du verfügst über Kenntnisse und erste Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung

* Idealerweise bist du versiert im Umgang mit der Hausverwaltungs-Software ITS

* Du verfügst über eine hohe Genauigkeit und ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis

* Eine präzise und konsequente Arbeitsweise sowie Engagement und Verlässlichkeit runden dein Profil ab
