Zur Verstärkung für unser Teams im Bauamt in der Gemeinde suchen wir eine_n 1 Mitarbeiter_in in der Bauverwaltung (m/w/d)

mit einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 50 - 75 % (20 - 30 Wochenstunden) ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst mitunter

* selbständige Organisation der Feuerbeschau, insbesondere die Terminkoordination, Vorbereitung, Schriftführung und Bescheiderstellung

* Nacherfassung, Datenpflege und laufende Aktualisierung des Adress-, Gebäude- und Wohnungsregisters (AGWR)

* Unterstützung im Bereich der Verwaltung gemeindeeigener Gebäude und Infrastruktur

* allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten im Bauamt und Ansprechpartner für Bürger_innen

* abteilungsübergreifendes Arbeiten und Kooperation mit anderen Abteilungen

Ihr Profil:

* abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung

* sehr gutes technisches Verständnis

* gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* eigenständiger, zuverlässiger und serviceorientierter Arbeitsstil

* Bereitschaft zur Fortbildung und Ablegung der erforderlichen Dienstprüfungen

* Freude am Umgang mit Bürger_innen

* abgeschlossener Präsenz- bzw. Zivildienst bei männlichen Bewerbern

* österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft oder dieser gleichgestellt
