Das Netzwerk St. Josef - Wohnen, Arbeit, Therapie und Lebensbegleitung für Menschen mit Mehrfachbehinderung - sucht ab sofort für die Wohngemeinschaften in Hall, Wattens und Neustift Mitarbeiter*innen in der Behindertenarbeit. 2 Mitarbeiter*in in der Behindertenarbeit für Wohngemeinschaften (Voll- oder Teilzeit, Beschäftigungsausmaß und Arbeitszeit nach Vereinbarung)

Ihre aufgaben

* Eigeninitiative und ideenreiche Begleitung unserer Klient*innen in ihrem Sozialraum zu größtmöglicher persönlicher Lebensqualität auf Basis ihrer Fähigkeiten und Interessen sowie Ermöglichung von Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben

* Unterstützung und Begleitung der Klient*innen in ihrem Alltag

* Mitwirkung bei der Unterstützung der Klient*innen bei pflegerischen Tätigkeiten in unseren kleinen Wohngemeinschaften

* Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleg*innen im interdisziplinären Team sowie mit Angehörigen, wichtigen Bezugspersonen sowie externen Partner*innen

Sie bieten

* Abgeschlossene facheinschlägig anerkannte Ausbildung, z.B. Fach-Sozialbetreuer*in, Diplom-Sozialbetreuer*in, Pädagog*in, Psycholog*in, Sozialarbeiter*in, Pflege(fach)assistent*in, Diplomierte*r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in etc.

* Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit

* Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude an der Begleitung von Menschen mit Behinderung

* Bereitschaft zu interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit in multiprofessionellen Teams
