Buchhalter/in für unser Transportwesen Österreich sowie Deutschland, Tankstelle, Vermietung

BESCHÄFTIGUNG:

DIE AUFGABEN:

* Laufende Buchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Bank, Kassa)

* Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingang- und Ausgangsrechnungen

* Abstimmung von Konten und Salden

* Pflege und Verwaltung der buchhalterischen Stammdaten / Mahnwesen

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Rechnungswesen

* Mitarbeit Personalverrechnung

DIE ANFORDERUNGEN:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (z.B. HAK, HLW)

* Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder Buchhalterprüfung von Vorteil

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Zahlenaffinität, Genauigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Eigenständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten

* Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit

* Sie sollten freundlich, kommunikativ und belastbar sein

* Abgeleisteter Präsenz- oder Zivildienst (wenn gesetzlich erforderlich)

* Vollzeit oder Teilzeit
