Wir bieten ab sofort einen vielseitigen Arbeitsplatz in einem sympathischen Team 1 Mitarbeiter/in in der GEA Akademie für Reinigung/Housekeeping/Gästebetreuung Herzlich willkommen in der GEA Akademie - das sagen wir all unseren Gästen und möchten wir auch dir sagen,

die/der du Gastfreundschaft nicht als Pflichterfüllung sondern als Herzenssache siehst und erlebst.

Alles dreht sich um unsere Gäste - rundherum gibt es laufend viele, viele kleine und größere Aufgaben, die einen Aufenthalt unserer Gäste und unsere Arbeitszeit zu einer Wohlfühlzeit im GEA Land machen. Konkret wären das unter anderem:

* Vor-/Nachbereitung von Speisen und Buffets

* Unterstützung unserer Reinigungsdamen bei den Zimmern und Akademiebereichen

* Vorbereitung der Seminarräume

* Sauberkeit: Du achtest darauf, dass Büros, Küchen, Badezimmer, Toiletten, Gemeinschaftsbereiche sauber und ordentlich sind

* Freundliche Betreuung von Gästen

* gelassen bleiben, "wenn's vü wird"

Diese Aufgaben erledigen sich nicht von selbst und erfordern Flexibilität bei Arbeitszeiten (Früh-, Abend- und Wochenenddienste), Einsatzbereitschaft, Organisationstalent, Teamgeist, Lösungskreativität, Spaß am Mitgestalten, Sinn für Nachhaltigkeit und Regionalität und absolute Mit- und Eigenverantwortung. Die Akademie ist ein all year round-Betrieb - mit Ausnahme von Weihnachten. Der Großteil unserer Kurse findet an den Wochenenden und im Sommer statt. Wenn du mit den Waldviertler Werkstätten schon etwas verbindest, freuen wir uns gleich noch mehr. Unsere Du-Form verwenden wir mit größtem Respekt und voller Wertschätzung. Erfahrung in der Reinigung ist von Vorteil aber keine Voraussetzung.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

Mindestlohn lt. Kollektivvertrag € 2.026,-- brutto bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung, abhängig von Ausbildung und Erfahrung. Zuzüglich zahlreicher sympathischer Sozialleistungen.
