der/die gerne mit uns mitwachsen will!

Wer wir sind

Auf den ersten Blick sind wir eine klassische Hausverwaltung. Was uns von unserem Mitbewerb unterscheidet, sind unsere Prioritäten. Natürlich ist es unsere wichtigste Aufgabe, die uns anvertrauten Immobilien so gut, transparent und effizient zu verwalten, wie es überhaupt möglich ist.

Aber uns ist auch bewusst, dass nicht nur die Objekte im Mittelpunkt stehen sollten, sondern auch die Menschen. Sprich: Die Eigentümer/innen, Mieter/innen, die Menschen in den Partnerbetrieben und viele weitere.

Unser Alltag bringt immer wieder neue Herausforderungen mit sich. Neben unserer Verwaltungsarbeit sehen wir uns nämlich in erster Linie als Konfliktlöser. Deshalb ist uns Kommunikation besonders wichtig. Damit es gar nicht erst zu Konflikten kommt - und falls doch, damit sie möglichst schnell wieder bereinigt werden. Und damit wir Lösungen finden, die für alle Beteiligten passen.

Das Ergebnis unserer Arbeit zeigt sich in der Freude jener, mit denen wir Tag für Tag zu tun haben. Sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb des Teams. Und diese Freude möchten wir gerne mit Ihnen teilen!

* Ansprechpartner für Mieter und Eigentümer

* Wohnungsübergaben- und Rücknahmen

* Abwicklung von Versicherungsschäden

* Planung, Beauftragung und Kontrolle von Sanierungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

* Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung

* Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Freude im Umgang mit Menschen

* Zuverlässigkeit

* Selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Buchhaltungskenntnisse von Vorteil

* Branchenkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung in einer Hausverwaltung von Vorteil
