Die Stadttheater Klagenfurt OG ist der kulturelle Leitbetrieb in Kärnten. Intendant für das Mehrspartenhaus ist Herr Aron Stiehl, Geschäftsf. Kaufm. Direktor ist Herr Mag. Matthias Walter.

Wir suchen zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt 1 Mitarbeiter_in in der Kartenkasse (befristete Karenzvertretung in Vollzeit auf Basis von Wochendienstplänen)

Beschäftigung: ab November 2026

In dieser Position üben Sie folgende Tätigkeiten aus:

* Reservierung und Verkauf von Eintrittskarten und Abonnements

* Beratung und Betreuung bestehender und neuer Kund*innen

* Administration des Ticketsystems, des Webshops und der Kund*innendatenbank

* Abrechnung des Zahlungsverkehrs inkl. Erstellung der täglichen Kassenabschlüsse

* Erstellung von Statistiken aus dem Ticket-System

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Rechnungswesen, dem Marketing und dem Publikumsdienst

Idealerweise bringen Sie folgende Voraussetzungen mit:

* HAK-Matura oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Praktische Erfahrungen aus einer Tätigkeit im Ticketing/Vertrieb wünschenswert

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office), idealerweise auch einer Ticketsoftware

* Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Begeisterung für Theater und hohe Kulturaffinität

* Selbstbewusste und positive Ausstrahlung im Umgang mit Besucher*innen, Mitarbeiter*innen und Partner*innen sowie sehr gute Umgangsformen

* Kontaktfreudigkeit und eine hohe Service- und Kund*innenorientierung

* Hohes Engagement, Belastungsfähigkeit und Stressresistenz

* Bereitschaft zu unregelmäßigen Arbeitszeiten (Abend- und vereinzelt auch Wochenenddienste)

Entlohnung:

Unter Beachtung des Kollektivvertrags für Verwaltungsangestellte an Bühnen österreichischer Bundesländer & Städte beträgt die Mindestentlohnung (inkl. Zulagen) für diese Position (Entlohnungsgruppe b) auf Vollzeitbasis monatlich brutto € 3.052,35, 14-mal jährlich. Einschlägige Berufserfahrung wird für die Festsetzung des tatsächlichen Entgelts gemäß rechtlichen Grundlagen ausdrücklich berücksichtigt.
