Das EFM Büro in Prutz sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams 1 Mitarbeiter_in in der KFZ Zulassungsstelle

Jahresstelle ab sofort

Beschäftigungsausmaß: Teilzeit mit 18 - 20 h/Woche nach Absprache

Arbeitszeiten: 08:00 bis 13:00 Uhr bzw. auch ab 07:00 möglich

5 oder 4 Tage Woche nach Absprache möglich

Möglichkeit zu Homeoffice nach Einarbeitungszeit

Der Tätigkeitsbereich umfasst:

- Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Fahrzeugzulassungen

- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Zulassungsunterlagen

- Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden

- Administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten

- Kommunikation mit Behörden, Versicherungen und weiteren Ansprechpartnern

- Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben

Was wir uns erwarten:

- Freude an der Arbeit mit Kunden_innen

- Bereitschaft zur Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung

- der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse sowie mathematisches Grundverständnis

- sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse

- Teamfähigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten

- Kommunikationsstärke

- Genauigkeit

- Erfahrung im Versicherungswesen von Vorteil
