Die Tischlerei Palffy in Weißpriach beschäftigt heute 2 Meister, 4 Gesellen und 4 Lehrlinge.

Der Schwerpunkt liegt heute auf Restaurationen, Ladenbau und Kastenstockfenster! Gearbeitet wird in einer großen Werkstatt mit zeitgemäßer Ausstattung und qualifizierten Mitarbeitern, die alle seit der Lehrzeit im Betrieb beschäftigt sind. 1 Mitarbeiter_in in der Projektleitung und Arbeitsvorbereitung SEIT 1970 KREIEREN WIR GEMEINSAM MIT UNSEREN 25 MITARBEITER_INNEN EIN SINNVOLLES UND NACHHALTIGES

HANDWERK UND VERSTEHEN DEN UMGANG MIT NEUEM, ALTEM, MODERNEM UND TRADITIONELLEM. UNSERE KUNDEN

SCHÄTZEN UNSERE GEHOBENEN UNIKATE IM BEREICH INNENAUSBAU, BAU- UND MÖBELTISCHLEREI, OBJEKTBEREICH UND DIE AUFFALLENDEN KASTENSTOCKFENSTER IM LÄNDLICHEN UND URBANEN STIL

HOLZ DEIN BEITRAG

* erstellen von Kalkulationen, Angeboten, Auftragsabwicklung inkl. Nachkalkulationen

* Preisverhandlungen mit Lieferanten

* selbstständige Abwicklung des Projektverlaufs im Hinblick auf Budget und Termine

* Unterstützung in der Startphase bei der Implementierung von Steuerungsinstrumenten, z.B.:

Arbeitskalkulation, SOLL - IST Vergleich, Baustellenmappe

* Baustellenabwicklung

* Arbeit mit Plänen

* kontrollierter Informationsfluss auf der Baustelle

* Abrechnungen

HOLZ DEIN WISSEN

* abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Tischlerei / Holztechnik / Holzbau

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling oder in der Bauleitung im Bereich Möbelbau bzw. Holztechnik mit

dem Willen zu Weiterentwicklung in den Bereichen Kostenkalkulation und Controlling

* Zahlenaffinität, analytische Denkweise sowie technisches Verständnis,

* strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise

* kommunikative Persönlichkeit, Teamgeist
