Für die Mobile Betreuung und Hilfe alternativ - Selbstbestimmt Wohnen OÖ suchen wir ab sofort eine_n Mitarbeiter_in zur Unterstützung im Alltag. Zusammen mit der Leitung und der Auftraggeber_in erarbeitest du Entwicklungs- und Begleitungspläne, sowie Zielvereinbarungen. 1 Mitarbeiter_in in der psychosozialen Begleitung in der mobilen Begleitung

Teilzeit, flexible Zeiteinteilung

Das sind deine Aufgaben

* Begleitung von Menschen mit leichter Beeinträchtigung, da wo Unterstützung angefordert wird ( z. B. Dokumentation, Post/Mails bearbeiten, Behördengänge, usw.)

* Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung einer Tagesstruktur, Finanzielle Bildung

* Beziehungsarbeit und Umgang mit Krisen nach Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit

* Psychosozialer Grundberuf z. B. Fachsozialbetreuer_in, Sozialpädagogik, Sozialbetreuung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten

* Reflexionsfähigkeit und Austausch

* Erfahrung mit dem Thema Neurodivergenz bzw. großes Interesse daran

* Kenntnisse in der Bindungstheorie oder Interesse dich damit auseinanderzusetzen

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit und ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
