Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Amstetten eine_n Mitarbeiter_in für die Position 1 Mitarbeiter_in in der Schadenabteilung (Vollzeit / 38,5h Wochenstunden)

Ihr Kompetenzbereich

* Selbständige Abwicklung von Schadensfällen

* Korrespondenz und Zusammenarbeit mit Kund_innen Versicherern, Partner_innen und Sachverständigen

* Eigenständige Ausarbeitung von Schadensanalysen und Statistiken

* Bearbeitung von Datenbanken und daraus abgeleitetes Reporting

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsbereich von Vorteil (wir bieten auch Quer- oder Berufseinsteigern eine Chance)

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse und IT-Affinität

* Selbstständiger und genauer Arbeitsstil und hohe Kund_innenorientierung

* Lösungsorientierung und Verlässlichkeit

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Spaß an der Arbeit
