Deine Aufgaben

Nach einer intensiven und umfassenden Einschulungsphase, die sowohl theoretische als auch praktische Elemente umfasst, wirst Du aktiv in die Mitarbeit auf verschiedenen Baustellen eingebunden. Diese Phase dient dazu, Dir nicht nur die notwendigen Kenntnisse zu vermitteln, sondern auch ein tiefes Verständnis für die Abläufe und Herausforderungen im Projektwesen zu entwickeln. Im Anschluss daran wirst Du zur eigenverantwortlichen Abwicklung Deines spezifischen Aufgabenbereichs eingesetzt. Diese Aufgaben umfassen ein breites Spektrum von Tätigkeiten, die von der detaillierten Ausführungsplanung über die sorgfältige Projektüberwachung bis hin zur präzisen Abrechnung reichen.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise an einer HTL, FH, AHS oder HAK - sowie Lehrabschluss, gerne aber auch Quereinsteiger_innen mit einschlägigen technischen Kenntnissen

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein weiteres Plus

* Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse sind eine Grundvoraussetzung

* Führerschein der Klasse B ist zwingend erforderlich

* Bereitschaft zur Abwicklung längerfristiger Projekte, sowie zu Reisen und zur Leistung von Überstunden - sowohl in Österreich als auch europaweit

* Abgerundet wird Dein Profil durch eine strukturierte, konsequente Arbeitsweise und Führungskompetenz

Das Einstiegsgehalt beträgt ab € 2.500,00/Monat brutto, zuzüglich Diäten bei Auslandsaufenthalten - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
