Ihre Aufgaben Anwendersupport

* Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von 1st- und 2nd-Level Support (Remote und vor Ort) * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen * Unterstützung der Anwender bei der Nutzung von IT-Systemen und Anwendungen * Einweisung neuer Mitarbeiter in die IT-Arbeitsumgebung

Arbeitsplatz- und Systembetreuung * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von PCs, Notebooks, Mobilgeräten und Peripheriegeräten * Installation und Aktualisierung von Betriebssystemen und Standardsoftware * Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten sowie Standardberechtigungen * Verwaltung und Dokumentation der IT-Hardware und Software

Betrieb & Wartung * Unterstützung beim Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur * Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungs- und Updatearbeiten * Überwachung definierter IT-Systeme und Meldung von Störungen * Unterstützung bei Backup- und Wiederherstellungsmaßnahmen

Informationssicherheit * Einhaltung der IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen * Erkennen und Melden von Sicherheitsvorfällen * Sensibilisierung der Anwender für IT-Sicherheit

Dokumentation * Dokumentation von Supportfällen und Lösungen * Pflege der IT-Dokumentation und Wissensdatenbank * Erstellung einfacher Benutzeranleitungen

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support von Vorteil * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Gute Kenntnisse von Windows-Betriebssystemen * Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 und Standard-Office-Anwendungen * Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerken (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) * Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Active Directory bzw. vergleichbaren Benutzerverwaltungssystemen * Kenntnisse von gängigen IT-Sicherheitsstandards von Vorteil * Führerschein B ist ein Muss, ein eigener PKW ist von Vorteil * Die Bereitschaft, sowohl in Wiener Neustadt (großzügige Parkplatzmöglichkeiten) als auch in Wien im 5. Bezirk zu arbeiten

Das Bruttojahresgehalt orientiert sich am Kollektivvertrag für das Metallgewerbe und sieht in der Verwendungsgruppe III eine Mindestentlohnung ab 38.183,60 Euro vor. Es besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
