Als IT-Support-Mitarbeiter bei DREIHANS bist du die geschätzte Anlaufstelle für unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen und sorgst dafür, dass der Arbeitsalltag digital reibungslos läuft.

Deine Aufgaben

* 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für unsere Mitarbeiter

* Unterstützung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen

* Einrichtung und Betreuung von PCs, Notebooks, Druckern und mobilen Geräten

* Installation und Konfiguration von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen und Standardsoftware

* Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Zugängen

* Betreuung von Microsoft 365, insbesondere Outlook, Teams, OneDrive und SharePoint

* Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Firmenhandys und mobilen Endgeräten

* Unterstützung bei Netzwerk-, WLAN- und Verbindungsproblemen

* Fehleranalyse und Dokumentation von Supportfällen

* Betreuung und Pflege unserer IT-Hardware

* Mitarbeit bei der laufenden Verbesserung unserer IT-Systeme und Prozesse

* Unterstützung bei spannenden IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten

Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten

Je nach deinen Interessen und Stärken kannst du nach und nach zusätzliche Verantwortung übernehmen und dich in Themen wie Windows Server, Active Directory, IT-Security, Microsoft Azure, Backup-Lösungen oder IT-Infrastruktur einarbeiten.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder entsprechende praktische Erfahrung

* Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows und Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365

* Freude daran, Kollegen bei technischen Problemen zu unterstützen

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Lösungsorientiertes Denken und technisches Verständnis

* Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten

* Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft, dich laufend in neue IT-Themen einzuarbeiten

Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Microsoft 365 und Azure

* Microsoft Intune

* Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien

* Windows Server

* Netzwerk- und WLAN-Technik

* Endpoint- und Mail-Security

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Backup-Systemen

* PowerShell
