Du bist weder nur im Lager noch nur im Büro. Du verbindest beides und hältst die Fäden zwischen Ersatzteilen, Einkauf, Verkauf und Buchhaltung zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

Ersatzteile & Lager

* Wareneingang, Kontrolle von Lieferscheinen und Einbuchung ins ERP-System

* Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen und Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und Speditionen

* Verpackung und Versand von Waren

* Inventur, Bestandskontrolle sowie Pflege der Lager- und Artikelstammdaten

Kaufmännische Verwaltung

* Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen sowie Abrechnung mit Kund:innen

* Bedienung der Kassa

* Auswertungen und Statistiken

* Allgemeine Office- und VerwaltungsaufgabenProzesse & Digitalisierung

Prozesse & Digitalisierung

* Aktive Nutzung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems

* Mitwirkung an der Digitalisierung interner Abläufe

* Schnittstelle zwischen Lager, Einkauf, Verkauf und Buchhaltunghttps://www.klappacher-landtechnik.at/datenschutz.html

Das bringst du mit

* Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in Lager/Logistik mit kaufmännischem Verständnis

* Buchhaltungskenntnisse

* Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse und die Bereitschaft, dich in ein ERP-System einzuarbeiten und es aktiv zu nutzen

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, da du Rechnungen, Korrespondenz und den Kontakt mit Kund:innen und Lieferanten übernimmst

* Eine selbstständige, genaue und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an kaufmännischen und operativen Aufgaben gleichermaßen

Das bieten wir

* Eine vielseitige Stelle mit Gestaltungsspielraum, besonders bei der Digitalisierung

* Für diese Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag Metallgewerbe. Das Mindestgehalt beträgt € 1.992,91 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden). Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung sind wir zu einer Überzahlung bereit.
