Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im kaufmännischen Vertrieb suchen wir eine engagierte Kollegin bzw. einen engagierten Kollegen. 1 Mitarbeiter*in kaufmännischer Vertrieb (m/w/x) Der Job

* Kaufmännische Betreuung internationaler Aufträge und Projekte

* Verantwortung für kaufmännische Belange in der Vertriebsphase

* Mitwirkung bei Auftragsverhandlungen sowie Vertrags- und Konditionsgestaltung

* Kaufmännische Unterstützung der Projektleitung während der Projektabwicklung

* Laufende Überwachung von Projektmeilensteinen und Auftragskennzahlen

* Veranlassung der Rechnungslegung inkl. aktivem Forderungsmanagement

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen sowie Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten (z. B. Datenpflege, Dokumentation, Plattformverwaltung)

Dein Gehalt

* Bruttomonatsgehalt von mind. €3.700,--

Es besteht jedoch abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung die Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung (HTL, HAK, Universität/FH)

* Mindestens zwei Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im vertriebsnahen Umfeld

* Kenntnisse in der Vertragsgestaltung

* Wirtschaftliches Denken, juristisches und technisches Verständnis

* Verhandlungsgeschick, Proaktivität und Eigenständigkeit

* Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch

* MS-Office- und ERP-Kenntnisse

* Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit, Affinität mit Zahlen
