* Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kund:innen

* Telefonische Kundenbetreuung und Terminvereinbarung

* Koordination und Verwaltung von Werkstattterminen

* Kassenführung und Abwicklung von Zahlungen

* Erstellung von Rechnungen und administrative Auftragsabwicklung

* Unterstützung des Service- und Werkstattteams im Tagesgeschäft

* Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise auf Maturaniveau)

* Unbedingt Branchenerfahrung in einem Autohaus

* Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

* Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten

* Organisationsgeschick, Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung im Kundenservice von Vorteil
