Wir suchen eine_n 1 Mitarbeiter_in Kundenbetreuung & Backoffice St. Florian bei Linz · Teilzeit oder Vollzeit · Homeoffice nach Abstimmung

Versicherungserfahrung trifft Kundenorientierung. Für unsere Kundenbetreuung suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die im Backoffice selbständig Verantwortung übernimmt und unsere Leitung Kundenbetreuung im Tagesgeschäft unterstützt.

In dieser Position sind Sie eine zentrale organisatorische Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Versicherern und unserem internen Team. Sie entlasten die Leitung Kundenbetreuung im Tagesgeschäft und übernehmen gleichzeitig einen eigenen, klar definierten Verantwortungsbereich.

Das übernehmen Sie

* Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Leitung Kundenbetreuung

* Eigenständige Backoffice-Betreuung definierter Bestandskunden von A bis Z

* Vertragsänderungen, An- und Abmeldungen, Evidenzen und Dokumentation

* Korrespondenz und Abstimmung mit Kunden, Versicherern und internen Ansprechpartner_innen

* Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen sowie Aufbereitung von Unterlagen

* Unterstützung bei Schadenangelegenheiten und Nachverfolgung offener Vorgänge und Fristen

Das bringen Sie mit

* Strukturierte, genaue und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Verlässlichkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte administrative Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und Freude am Kundenkontakt - keine Außendiensttätigkeit erforderlich

* Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung

* Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche ist Voraussetzung
