Wir sind ein erfolgreicher Gesundheitsdienstleister in einer wachsenden Branche im oberösterreichischen Zentralraum und zeichnen uns durch internationale Ausrichtung aus. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen 1 Mitarbeiter_in Kundenservice Was wir Ihnen zutrauen

* Kundenmanagement mit Schwerpunkt telefonischer Bestellerfassung und Bearbeitung von Anfragen in Bezug auf Arzneimittel sowie Reklamationen und Retouren

* Pharmazeut. Grundwissen und Serviceorientierung in Bezug auf unsere Kunden (Apotheken, Ärzte mit Hausapotheke, Krankenhäuser)

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Nahtstellen (Einkauf, Vertrieb, Lager, Fuhrpark)

* Optional SAP Key User Tätigkeit

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten

* Abgeschlossene Lehre als PKA oder Drogist mit idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pharmabranche - gerne auch QuereinsteigerInnen aus dem Gesundheits- und Pflegebereich mit Büroerfahrung

* Freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten

* Kommunikationsfreude und Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden am Telefon

* Teamfähigkeit, Genauigkeit und lösungsorientiert

* Gute MS Office-Anwenderkenntnisse, idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse

* Flexible Arbeitszeiten in Abstimmung mit der Bereichsleitung
