Der Weisshaus Shop ist seit über 40 Jahren auf den Handel mit Premium-Spirituosen spezialisiert und zählt heute mit zwei erfolgreichen Online-Shops zu den E-Commerce-Marktführern der Branche in Deutschland und Österreich. Seit 2022 ist das Unternehmen auch mit einem Shop in Italien vertreten.

Um den Erfolg weiter auszubauen, suchen wir aktuell einen engagierten Teamplayer: 1 Mitarbeiter:in Kundenservice (m/w/d)

Wir suchen ab sofort in Vollzeit (40 Stunden) eine:n Mitarbeiter:in im Kundenservice für unseren Standort in Pinswang, Tirol.

Das gibt's zu tun:

- Schweigen ist Silber, aber Reden ist Gold: Die Betreuung unserer Kunden via E-Mail, Chat und Telefon liegt in Deinen Händen.

- In Hürden siehst Du eine Challenge: Die Bearbeitung von Reklamation meisterst Du mit Fingerspitzengefühl.

- Als Socializer brauchst Du keinen Leitfaden: Denn der Umgang mit Menschen sowie Teamwork bereiten Dir Freude.

- Das Büro ist Dein natürliches Habitat: Mit Deiner Berufserfahrung navigierst Du mühelos durch den Arbeitsalltag.
