Als Österreichs führender Hersteller von Babynahrung mit Fokus auf Getreidebreie, Snacks und Müslis, suchen wir für unseren Salzburger Standort in Puch bei Hallein ab sofort 1 Mitarbeiter_in Leitung Qualitätsmanagement

in Vollzeit

Wir suchen eine erfahrene, verantwortungsbewusste Führungspersönlichkeit, die das Labor organisatorisch leitet

Aufgaben:

* Gesamtverantwortung für Organisation und Führung des Labors inklusive QM, QA, R&D sowie des analytisch-chemischen und mikrobiologischen Labors

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller regulatorischen Anforderungen,

interner Qualitätsstandards sowie relevanter Richtlinien nach IFS (GMP, HACCP, Food Fraud, Food Defense)

* Umsetzung der Kundenerwartungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement

* AnsprechpartnerIn für Behörden, externe Auditoren, Kunden und Lieferanten in Qualitätsfragen

* Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Audits (System-, Behörden-, Kunden- und Lieferantenaudits sowie interne Audits)

* Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen zur nachhaltigen Sicherstellung von Qualität und Effizienz

* Aktive Mitwirkung in neuen Projekten und im Change-Management bei qualitätsrelevanten Prozessänderungen

* in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik und anderen Abteilungen

Operative Tätigkeiten

* Bewertung und Freigabe von Abweichungen

* Erfassung, Auswertung und Reporting relevanter Qualitätskennzahlen

* Erstellung und Pflege von Prüf- und Arbeitsanweisungen, SOPs und Prüfplänen

* Durchführung von Validierungen

Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Lebensmitteltechnologie, Lebensmittelchemie, Biotechnologie, Chemie, Mikrobiologie) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement mit Führungserfahrung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse eines GFSI-Standards (z. B. IFS)

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Behörden und im Auditwesen

* Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung und Projektarbeit (Change-Management)

* Hohe Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke

* Analytisches Denken

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Führungskompetenz
