* Lagerplatzverwaltung und Prüfung von Lagerbeständen

* Disposition von Verpackung und Leergebinden

* allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten, die im Büro und Lager anfallen

* Durchführung von relevanten Buchungen im SAP-System (Leihgutkontenverwaltung, Wareneingangs- und ausgangsbuchungen)

* schriftlicher und telefonischer Kontakt zu Kunden, Lieferanten und Speditionen

* Verwaltung Leer- und Leihgut (monatliche Abgleiche mit Kunden und Lieferanten, jährliche Inventur)

* Zuteilung der LKWs (Zuteilung der Lade- und Abladestellen)

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von logistischen Prozessen, insbesondere Leergutmanagement

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Logistik / Lagerhaltung von Vorteil

* Erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position wünschenswert

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP von Vorteil)

* Genaue, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

* Durchsetzungsvermögen, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Zahlenaffinität
