Ihre Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Führung von Buchhaltungen

* Anlagenbuchhaltung

* Führung von Kassabüchern

* Verwaltung von Reisediäten und Urlaubslisten

* Rechnungskontrolle und Rechnungsprüfung

* Erstellung und Pflege von Offenen-Posten-Listen

* Durchführung des Mahnwesens

* Erstellung jährlicher Meldungen (z. B. Kfz-Steuererklärung, Kommunalsteuer)

* Abwicklung von Angelegenheiten mit der Österreichischen Gesundheitskasse (An- und Abmeldungen von Mitarbeiter_innen, Beitragsnachweisungen)

* Vorbereitung der Buchhaltungsunterlagen für die Bilanzierung durch die Steuerberatung

Ihr Profil

* kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, Lehre o. Ä.)

* Berufserfahrung und/oder Ausbildung in den Bereichen Buchhaltung und Lohnverrechnung

* Kenntnisse im österreichischen Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Teamfähigkeit und Verlässlichkeit
