Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als 1 MITARBEITER_IN MAHNWESEN Im Bereich der Mietenbuchhaltung

Linz - 38 Std. - ab sofort

Ihre Rolle im Team:

* In dieser Position im Bereich der Mietenbuchhaltung verantworten Sie die laufende Überwachung und Bearbeitung offener Forderungen und betreuen den gesamten Mahn- und Inkassoprozess.

* Ihr Aufgabengebiet reicht von der Durchführung von Mahnläufen bis zur gerichtlichen Betreibung.

* Sie übernehmen die telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation zur Klärung von Zahlungsdifferenzen.

* Mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden erarbeiten Sie individuelle Zahlungslösungen.

* Weiters pflegen und aktualisieren Sie relevante Kund:innen- und Forderungsdaten.

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung.

* Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung im Mahn- und Inkassowesen oder in der Debitorenbuchhaltung - vorzugsweise in der Immobilienwirtschaft - mit.

* Sie sind eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen, arbeiten gerne im Team und bewahren auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.

* Ihre Arbeitsweise ist genau, strukturiert, zuverlässig und kundenorientiert.

* Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
