Dein Job, du...

* arbeitest mit, dass wir immer genau zum richtigen Zeitpunkt, die richtige Menge an Ressourcen vor Ort haben, die wir für die reibungslose Abwicklung der Reparaturen, Wartungen und Instandsetzungen benötigen.

* hast den Überblick über den Lagerbestand, weißt wann, was benötigt wird und sorgst selbstständig dafür, dass es just in time vor Ort verfügbar ist. Dabei berücksichtigst du die Richtlinien und Vorgaben.

* sorgst dafür, dass unseren Bussen nicht der Treibstoff ausgeht und die Tankanlagen funktionieren.

* stellst sicher, dass alles rasch wieder ins Lot kommt und wir keinen wirtschaftlichen Schaden davontragen, sollte es mit Bestellungen, Lieferungen, Qualität mal nicht so klappen,

* machst Inventur, erfasst Daten, archivierst und dokumentierst und optimierst diese.

Dein Profil, du...

* hast eine Lehre im Bereich Betriebslogistik/Speditionslogistik oder als Bürokaufmann:frau abgeschlossen oder eine kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung mit Matura.

* bringst mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung mit.

* kennst dich in den MS-Office Anwendungen sehr gut aus.

* bist kommunikativ gut drauf, arbeitest strukturiert - auch wenn es mal hoch hergeht - und du liebst die Abwechslung.
