Wir suchen ab sofort eine*n 1 Mitarbeiter*in Mobile Sozialpsychiatrische Betreuung mit Sprachkenntnissen in Dari/Farsi

Graz, 30 Stunden/Woche

Das Aufgabenfeld: Kultursensibel und unterstützend

* Mobile sozialpsychiatrische Betreuung in den Sprachen Dari/Farsi und Deutsch.

* Sie unterstützen Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung in deren jeweiligem Umfeld (Hausbesuche) und in der Sprache der Klient*innen (Dari/Farsi und Deutsch).

* Sie helfen beim Festigen der deutschen Sprache.

* Gemeinsam mit Ihren Klient*innen entwickeln Sie einen Betreuungsplan zur erfolgreichen Alltagsbewältigung und der Strukturierung des Tagesablaufs (keine pflegerischen Tätigkeiten).

* Sie fördern die Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben, bieten Stabilisierung und begleiten im Alltag.

Ihr Profil: Empathische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einer der Berufsgruppen: Psychologie (mindestens Bakkalaureat), (Diplomierte) Sozialarbeiter*innen, diplomierte psychiatrische Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson oder Pädagogik.

* Sprachkenntnisse in Dari/Farsi und Deutsch.
