IHRE AUFGABEN:

Prozessorientierte Auftragsabwicklung mit den Kernaufgaben:

* Auftragsbearbeitung (SAP)

* Liefer- und Transportplanung

* Fakturierung und Dokumentenerstellung

* Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäftes mit den Vertriebsgesellschaften, internen Dienststellen sowie Speditionen

* Unterstützung bei Auswertungen und Analysen

IHR PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau

* Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* Erfahrung in logistischen Abläufen wäre von Vorteil

* Gute Kenntnisse in EDV, Excel und SAP sind wünschenswert

* Engagement und Selbstständigkeit

* Strukturierte sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

DAS BIETEN WIR:

Entgelt und Benefits: Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diesen Arbeitsplatz beträgt € 3.396,21 brutto (14 mal p.a.). Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig.
