Die Brücken zwischen unseren 200 Wissensträger*innen und erfolgreichen Unternehmen zu schlagen ist seit mehr als 40 Jahren unsere Mission. Diese Aufgabe realisieren wir in ganz Österreich, ausgehend von unseren vier Brückenköpfen in Wien, Linz, Salzburg und Graz.

Aktuell suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt 1 Mitarbeiter_in Patentwesen ZUSAMMENFASSUNG:

Fachbereich: Commercial & Finance

Art der Anstellung: Vollzeit

Einsatzort: 4031 LINZ

Gehalt (Brutto/Monat): ab EUR 3.500,-

ZEIT FÜR NEUE HERAUSFORDERUNGEN:

Sie zeichnen sich durch Verlässlichkeit, Genauigkeit, Diskretion und Lernbereitschaft aus und arbeiten gerne in einem internationalen Umfeld. Wenn Sie sich darüber hinaus für juristische Fragestellungen und die Patentverwaltung interessieren, dann bietet Ihnen unser Kunde, ein namhaftes und erfolgreiches Unternehmen im Bereich des Anlagenbaus, die Möglichkeit dazu, das bestehende Team zu verstärken.

AUFGABEN:

* Betreuung und Koordination nationaler und internationaler Patentanmeldungen und Schutzrechte

* Verwaltung elektronischer Patentakten, Formularen und Schriftstücken

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von relevanten Terminen und Fristen

* Kommunikation mit internen Ansprechpartnern, Erfindern, Patentanwälten und Patent-

ämtern in deutscher und englischer Sprache

* Unterstützung bei administrativen Abläufen innerhalb der Patentabteilung

(z.B. Ablage, Reiseorganisation)

SKILLS SIND DER SCHLÜSSEL:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HLW, HASCH o. Ä.)

* Interesse an rechtlichen und technischen Themen sowie Motivation, sich in die Patent-

verwaltung einzuarbeiten

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office

* Erste Erfahrungen im juristischen Umfeld oder in der Patentverwaltung sind von Vorteil,

jedoch keine Voraussetzung
