BESCHÄFTIGUNG: 37 Wochenstunden

EINTRITT: 01.01.2027

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Implacement-Prozess organisieren und begleiten: Bewerber_innentag, Eintritt, Probemonat und weitere Maßnahmeplanung

* Aufnahme-, Entwicklungs-, Zielvereinbarungs- und Reflexionsgespräche führen

* Teilnehmer_innen und Transitmitarbeiter_innen individuell begleiten, stabilisieren und bei der beruflichen Entwicklung unterstützen

* Kompetenzen, Ressourcen und Entwicklungspotenziale erheben sowie verbindliche Integrationsziele vereinbaren

* Büro- und Telefonabteilung fachlich und organisatorisch begleiten, einschließlich arbeitsplatzbezogener Qualifizierung

* Bei Administration, Telefonkontakten, Terminvergaben, Dokumentation und Auftragsbearbeitung anleiten

* Mit Arbeitsanleitung, Standortleitung, Outplacement, Projektleitung, Verwaltung und AMS zusammenarbeiten

* Entwicklungen nachvollziehbar dokumentieren und an Berichten, Auswertungen sowie Qualitätssicherung mitwirken

IHR PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im psychosozialen, sozialpädagogischen, sozialarbeiterischen oder vergleichbaren Bereich

* Erfahrung in Beratung, Begleitung, Personalentwicklung oder arbeitsmarktpolitischen Projekten von Vorteil

* Wertschätzende, ressourcenorientierte Haltung, klare Gesprächsführung und professioneller Umgang mit herausfordernden Situationen

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise sowie Sicherheit in Dokumentation und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln

* Freude an multiprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit, Führerschein B und Bereitschaft zu fallweisen dienstlichen Wegen
