Voll- bzw. Teilzeit, 30-40 Wochenstunden, unbefristet

Mindestbruttogehalt

EUR 3.575 monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis GD 14.1 bzw. VB I/b

Wesentliche Aufgaben

* Konzeption und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur strategischen Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung

* Planung, Organisation und Moderation von Workshops, Seminaren und Veranstaltungen

* Mitwirkung bei Initiativen im Bereich der Betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung

* Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Employer Branding

* Erstellung von Präsentationen sowie Gestaltung von Informations- und Kommunikationsunterlagen

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium (FH, Universität / 180 bzw. 240 ECTS-Punkte) mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung

* Erste Erfahrungen sowie Freude an der Moderation von Workshops, Seminaren und Veranstaltungen

* Begeisterung für das Thema Employer Branding

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in PowerPoint

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Kreativität und hohe Sozialkompetenz

Von Vorteil

* Berufliche Praxis im Personalmanagement insbesondere in der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung

* Kenntnisse in Grafikbearbeitung (z. B. Adobe, Canva)
