Wir, die Herbeus Greens GmbH, sind ein Pionier der vertikalen Indoor-Landwirtschaft in Österreich und verfolgen die Vision, die Landwirtschaft und ihre Anbaumethoden nachhaltig und neu zu denken. Anbau und Ernte finden ganzjährig in einer Halle mit einer 3.000m² großen Indoor-Farm in Raasdorf bei Wien (im Marchfeld) statt, die durch kontrollierte Umweltbedingungen wie optimale LED Beleuchtung und effiziente Bewässerung ermöglicht, an 365 Tagen im Jahr Micro Greens frei von chemischen Pestiziden zu produzieren.

Wir wachsen rasant und suchen ab sofort auf Basis Vollzeit mit 40 Wochenstunden: 1 Mitarbeiter_in Produktion und Kommissionierung für Indoor-Gartenbau - Springer (m/w/d) Was du bei uns machst:

In der Produktion:

* Anbau, Aufzucht und Pflege unserer Pflanzenkulturen (Microgreens)

* Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit. Ganzjähriges Indoor-Farming in der Halle, KEINE Feldarbeit

* Reinigung der Produktionsstätte und Produktionsmittel

* Bedienen von Produktionsmaschinen

* Dokumentation bzw. Datenerfassung mit MS-Office Produkten

* Qualitätskontrolle

In der Kommissionierung:

* Kommissionierung/Zusammenstellung der Ware (ganzjährig indoor)

* Koordination der verschiedenen Aufträge

* Kundenorientierte Verpackung unserer Produkte (Microgreens)

* Vorbereitung und Verpackung der Ware für die Auslieferung

* Vorbereitung des Arbeitsmaterials

* Ordnungsgemäße Schlichtung der Ware (First in-First out)

* Sichtkontrolle der Qualität sowie Prüfung des MHD

* Weiterleitung aufkommender Probleme und relevanter Informationen

* Inventurarbeiten

* Strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

* Eigeninitiative, Verlässlichkeit und Freude an der Arbeit in einem Team

* Wertschätzender Kommunikationsstil

* Führerschein Klasse B und eigener PKW je nach Wohnort

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Einfache Anwenderkenntnisse PC, Microsoft Office-Grundkenntnisse

Für diese Funktion ist ein Bruttomonatslohn von 2.000,- Euro vorgesehen zzgl. Feiertagszuschläge bei Bedarf
