Unser Familienbetrieb beliefert alle namhaften Handelsketten in Europa und wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams zum sofortigen Eintritt eine/n 1 Mitarbeiter_in Produktionsplanung, Auftragsbearbeitung und Stammdatenmanagement Vollzeit- oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung 38,5 Std. oder 20 Std. pro Woche

Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert und behältst auch bei vielfältigen Aufgaben den Überblick?

Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und übernimm eine wichtige Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Produktion, Warenwirtschaft, Einkauf und Geschäftsleitung.

Deine Aufgaben

* Auftragsbearbeitung

* Erstellung der Produktionsplanung im Warenwirtschaftssystem

* Abstimmung der Produktionsplanung mit allen relevanten Abteilungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualitätssicherung, Personalplanung und Geschäftsleitung

* Pflege, Kontrolle und laufende Aktualisierung von Artikel-, Rohstoff-, Verpackungs- und weiteren Stammdaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem

* Kontraktverwaltung: Einholung und Aufbereitung von Angeboten für Rohstoffe, Verpackungen und sonstige Bedarfsartikel sowie Vorlage und Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung

* Administrative Betreuung und Überwachung bestehender Jahreskontrakte und enge Korrespondenz mit bestehenden und neuen Lieferanten

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein wirtschaftliches Studium, z. B. Business Administration, Management oder Betriebswirtschaft.

* Eine strukturierte, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Ein gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie Freude an der Arbeit mit Daten und IT-Systemen

* Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch bei vielfältigen Aufgaben den Überblick zu behalten

* Die Fähigkeit, Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und abteilungsübergreifend zu denken

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen und externen Partnern

* Eigeninitiative sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten

* Sehr gute allgemeine IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
