Arbeitsort: Pichl bei Wels

Arbeitsausmaß: Vollzeit 38.5 Wochenstunden

Dein Verantwortungsbereich bei uns:

* Unser ERP-System sowie die Stammdaten entwickelst Du aus Anwendersicht kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst so für effiziente und zukunftsfähige Abläufe

* Geschäftsprozesse analysierst, strukturierst und optimierst Du ganzheitlich und nachhaltig

* In ERP- und Digitalisierungsprojekten übernimmst Du eine aktive Rolle und stellst die erfolgreiche Umsetzung gemeinsam mit Anwendern, Führungskräften und externen Dienstleistern sicher

* Die Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems unterstützt Du mit Fokus auf Daten-, Prozess- und Systemqualität

* Reklamationen analysierst Du systematisch, leitest Korrekturmaßnahmen ein und entwickelst nachhaltige Vorbeugemaßnahmen

* Potenziale von Künstlicher Intelligenz und neuen digitalen Lösungen erkennst Du frühzeitig und setzt diese gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen praxisnah um

* Schulungen konzipierst und führst Du eigenständig durch und unterstützt so die erfolgreiche Anwendung neuer Prozesse und Systeme

So bist Du:

* Erfahrung im Prozess- und Projektmanagement bringst Du bereits mit

* Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus

* Auch bei komplexen Themen behältst Du den Überblick und setzt Prioritäten sicher

* Prozessübergreifendes Denken fällt Dir leicht, denn Du betrachtest Zusammenhänge ganzheitlich statt in Abteilungsgrenzen

* Komplexe Sachverhalte kannst Du verständlich vermitteln, moderierst professionell und bringst unterschiedliche Interessen erfolgreich zusammen

* Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an Produktions- und Fertigungsprozessen runden Dein Profil ab

* Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und eine hohe Eigeninitiative sind für Dich selbstverständlich

Einstufung gemäß Kollektivvertrag Verwendungsgruppe IV. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
