Für unseren Schlachthof der Grandits GmbH in Ruprechtshofen suchen wir eine/n Mitarbeiter:in (m/w/d) Qualitätsmanagement. 1 Mitarbeiter/in Qualitätsmanagement Was dich erwartet

* Umsetzung, Überwachung und ständige Weiterentwicklung des integrierten Managementsystems.

* Durchführung der Zertifizierungsaudits nach den Standards IFS, AMA-Gütesiegel, Halal, BOS, BIO, etc.

* Archivierung und Auswertung von mikrobiologischen und chemischen Prüfberichten

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Dokumentation des integrierten Managementsystems

* (Dokumentenlenkung, stat. Auswertungen, etc.)

* Organisation und Überwachung der Hygiene Nachweisdokumentation (Schädlingsüberwachung, Reinigungskontrolle, Temperaturüberwachung, etc.)

* Koordinierung der Reklamationsabwicklung

* Bearbeitung von Kundenfragebögen und Spezifikationen

* Durchführung von Schulungen

* Überwachung Tierschutz

Was wir erwarten

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Lebensmittel oder Landwirtschaft (Fachschule, Universität, HTL)

* Berufserfahrungen im Bereich QM

* Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK, POWERPOINT)

* Englischkenntnisse

* Flexible, kommunikative Persönlichkeit

* Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke

* Führerschein B

* Erfahrung mit Lebendtier - Rinder

* Rotierende Schichtarbeit

Die Bezahlung erfolgt nach Kollektivvertrag Fleischerhandwerk.Für diese Position ist ein Gehalt ab € 3200 auf Basis Vollzeit vorgesehen.Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation möglich.
