Unser Kunde bietet dir ein modernes und freundliches Arbeitsumfeld in einem innovativen Unternehmen. Die Position ist in Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden/Woche) zu besetzen und überzeugt durch flexible, familienfreundliche Arbeitszeiten mit Gleitzeit sowie kurzen Freitagen. Du arbeitest in einem kollegialen Team und profitierst von einem sicheren sowie langfristigen Arbeitsplatz.

Aufgaben

* Verantwortlich für die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung inklusive Mahnwesen

* Verbuchung diverser Geschäftsfälle wie Eingangsrechnungen, Banken und Kassa

* Bearbeitung der Reisekostenabrechnungen für österreichische und deutsche Mitarbeiter:innen

* Durchführung der Zahlungsläufe für die Buchungskreise Österreich und Deutschland

* Kontrolle und Bearbeitung der Kreditkartenabrechnungen

* Mitwirkung bzw. Vertretung bei Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen

* Erstellung diverser Auswertungen und Meldungen

* Unterstützung bei der Stammdatenpflege

Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HLW) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Eigenständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

* Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen von Vorteil

* Hands-On-Mentalität

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
