Du bist kommunikativ, organisiert und hast Freude daran, unseren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen? Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, bist flexibel und hast auch ein Gespür für Social Media? Dann freuen wir uns, dich in unserem Team willkommen zu heißen!

Deine Aufgaben

* Gästebetreuung & Check-in: Du empfängst unsere Gäste, kümmerst dich um den Check-in und bist ihre Ansprechperson bei Fragen und Anliegen.

* Organisation & Koordination: Du koordinierst die Reinigung unserer Appartements und sorgst gemeinsam mit unserem Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

* Wäschemanagement: Du organisierst die Bettwäsche und kümmerst dich bei Bedarf auch um deren Abholung und Verteilung.

* Betreuung vor Ort: Da sich unsere Appartements an verschiedenen Standorten in der Umgebung befinden, bist du gelegentlich direkt vor Ort, bringst Gästen benötigte Dinge oder unterstützt sie bei kleineren Anliegen.

* Social Media: Du betreust unseren Social-Media-Auftritt, erstellst Beiträge und Stories und hilfst dabei, unser Unternehmen online ansprechend zu präsentieren.

Das bringst du mit

* Freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Gästen

* Führerschein Klasse B und die Bereitschaft, unsere Appartements bei Bedarf mit unseren Firmen Auto anzufahren

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten

* Interesse an Social Media und ein Gespür für ansprechende Inhalte

* Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise

Schladmingurlaub - myadventure, Stefan Keppert, Maistatt 724, 8970 SCHLADMING. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Mitarbeiter_in Rezeption & Gästebetreuung & Social Media beträgt 2.400,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
