Das ****Romantikhotel Lärchenhof liegt in herrlicher Lage am Katschberg zwischen Kärnten und dem Salzburger Land. Im Winter liegt das Skigebiet Katschberg (70 km Pisten) direkt vor der Hoteltür und im Sommer erwarten dich 200 km Wanderwege, urige Hütten und jede Menge Freizeitangebote wie Hochseilgarten, Sommerrodelbahn, Pferdestall, Segways, E Bikes, Indoor Sporthalle mit Boulderwand, Trampolin und Jump-Bags und vieles mehr. 1 Mitarbeiter_in Rezeption und Reservierung (m/w/d) Aufgaben:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption bzw. in der Reservierung

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil

* Erfahrung mit einem Hotel- oder Reservierungsprogramm ist wünschenswert

* Sicheres, herzliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Freude an der persönlichen und schriftlichen Gästebetreuung

* Verkaufstalent und ein gutes Gespür für die Wünsche unserer Gäste

* Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative

* Teamgeist und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Profil:

* Herzliche und professionelle Betreuung unserer Gäste vom Check-in bis zum Check-out

* Persönliche, telefonische und schriftliche Beratung unserer Gäste und Interessenten

* Bearbeitung von Reservierungsanfragen, Buchungen, Änderungen und Stornierungen

* Erstellung und Nachbearbeitung individueller Angebote und Reservierungsbestätigungen

* Aktiver Verkauf unserer Zimmer, Pauschalen, Hotelleistungen und Zusatzangebote

* Pflege der Gäste- und Reservierungsdaten in unserem Hotelprogramm

* Kontrolle und Koordination der täglichen An- und Abreisen

* Bearbeitung der laufenden E-Mail- und Gästekorrespondenz

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Rezeption, Housekeeping, Service und Küche

* Kompetente Auskunft über das Hotel, die Region Katschberg und aktuelle Freizeitangebote

* Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben an der Rezeption und im Reservierungsbereich

Wir bieten:

* Einen abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsplatz an der Rezeption und in der Reservierung

* Eine Jahresstelle in unserem elf Monate geöffneten Hotelbetrieb

* Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle: Vorgesehen ist eine 5,5-Tage-Woche bei 48 Wochenstunden; ein anderes Beschäftigungsausmaß oder eine abweichende Verteilung der Arbeitstage ist nach individueller Vereinbarung möglich

* Ein monatliches Bruttogehalt ab EUR 2807,45, abhängig vom vereinbarten Beschäftigungsausmaß

* Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
