Vollzeit 38,5 Stunden/Woche

Für unsere Schablonenabteilung suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit handwerklichem Geschick, technischem Verständnis und Freude an präzisem Arbeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Anfertigung von Schablonen und Schnittmustern für Fahrzeugsitzbezüge

* Vermessungs- und Anpassungsarbeiten direkt am Fahrzeugsitz sowie teilweise im Fahrzeuginnenraum

* Montage und Demontage von Fahrzeugsitzen und Sitzbezügen

* Dokumentation und Verwaltung von Schablonen, Schnittmustern und Projektdaten

* organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten

* Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion und weiteren internen Abteilungen

Ihr Profil

* handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen und genaue Arbeitsweise

* freundliches, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten sowie Freude am Kund_innenkontakt

* gute körperliche Verfassung

* grundlegende Computerkenntnisse

* sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verlässlichkeit

* Kenntnisse der Automobilbranche bzw. Erfahrung in Sattlerei, Tapeziererei, Schneiderei oder einem vergleichbaren handwerklichen Beruf von Vorteil

Entlohnung

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt gemäß Kollektivvertrag der Bekleidungsindustrie beträgt € 2.015,46 brutto monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
