Die Caritas Burgenland stellt die Menschen mit ihren vielfältigen sozialen Bedürfnissen in den Mittelpunkt ihrer Arbeit. Unsere Aufgabe erledigen wir mit Herz & Kompetenz. Die Flüchtlingshilfe der Caritas Burgenland betreut geflüchtete Menschen in verschiedenen Unterbringungsformen.

Zur Unterstützung unserer Nachtdienstmitarbeiter*innen im Haus Franziskus in Eisenstadt suchen wir ab sofort eine*n 1 Mitarbeiter*in Schlafender Nachtdienst Deine Aufgaben:

* Erstversorgung und Betreuung von wohnungslosen und grundversorgten Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Problemlagen

* lösungsorientierte Kompetenzen für Konfliktregulierungen

* Unterstützung bei der Alltagsbewältigung

* Kooperation mit anderen Organisationen (Polizei, Rettung ...)

* Administration/Dokumentation

Dein Profil:

* psychosoziale Ausbildung von Vorteil (z.B.: Sozialarbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Psychologie, Sozialbetreuungsberufe)

* Erfahrung im Sozialbereich, idealerweise in der Wohnungslosenhilfe, Hilfe für Migrant*innen

* Wohnbetreuung und ähnliches von Vorteil

* hohe soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenz

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Erwünschte Eigenschaften: Verlässlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Abgrenzungsvermögen, Sensibilität und wertschätzende Haltung für die Situation obdachloser und grundversorgter Menschen, Belastbarkeit

* gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten

* Identifikation mit den Werten der Caritas (Lebensfreude, Solidarität, Gerechtigkeit, Mut, Zuversicht...)

Unser Angebot:

* Zusätzlich drei dienstfreie Tage pro Jahr: Karfreitag, 24. und 31. Dezember (ersatzfrei)

* Wir bieten unseren Mitarbeiter*innen das Rad-Leasing an

* Das Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt lt. Kollektivvertrag der Caritas KV (VG V/1) € 2.731,00 brutto auf Basis Vollbeschäftigung mit 37 Wochenstunden, zuzüglich allfälliger Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagszulagen, und erhöht sich je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
