In Ihrer Position arbeiten Sie eng mit der Sicherheitsfachkraft und dem Umweltmanagement zusammen und unterstützen bei der Umsetzung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltmaßnahmen. Dabei leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen und zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards.

* Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung und Beseitigung von sicherheitstechnischen Mängeln sowie bei der Untersuchung der Ursachen von Arbeitsunfällen inklusive Festlegung von Maßnahmen

* Mitarbeit bei der Überprüfung und Anpassung der vorgeschriebenen Arbeitnehmer:innenschutzmaßnahmen und der Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzdokumente

* Erstellung und Wartung von Unterweisungen im Schulungssystem

* Unterstützung im Gefahrstoffmanagement durch Pflege und Aktualisierung der Stoffdaten

Ihr Profil:

* Technische Ausbildung/Lehre mit mehrjähriger Praxis in der Produktion oder ein HTL-Abschluss, Meister, IKA etc. mit erster Praxis im Produktionsumfeld

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltmanagement

* Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Begeisterung für die Mitgestaltung von Prozessen
