Die Karl Landsteiner Privatuniversität (klu) ist im Umfeld einer erfolgreichen Lehr- und Forschungslandschaft am Campus Krems und im Universitätsklinikverbund St. Pölten, Krems, Tulln angesiedelt. Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartner/-nnen in Wiener Neustadt sowie weiteren strategischen Partnerinstitutionen in Wissenschaft und Forschung wird eine Profilbildung in definierten Schwerpunkten der biomedizinischen und biopsychosozialen Wissenschaften angestrebt.

Die Stabsstelle Forschung versteht sich als Drehscheibe für alle wissenschaftlich ambitionierten Partner/-innen. Sie ist zentrale Stelle der Forschungskoordination mit dem Ziel, eine international kompetitive Forschungskultur an der KL zu stärken und zu forcieren.

Aktuell suchen wir 1 Mitarbeiter/-in Stabsstelle Forschung im Ausmaß von 20 Wochenstunden.

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Programmplanung sowie Konzeption und Organisation von Trainings und Workshops im Rahmen der "Science Skills Services"

* Abstimmung des Kursprogrammes mit bestehenden Studiengängen und Programmen der KL

* Koordination und Verwaltung externer Anbieter/-innen sowie Administration der Kurse in Open Campus und KRIS

* Verwaltung von Kurs- und Konferenzzuschüssen für Kliniker/-innen

* Pflege der Kontaktdaten und Koordination von Aussendungen für forschungsrelevante Zielgruppen

* Aufbereitung von Abfragen aus Datenbanken, Berichtswesen

* Organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung des Teams der Stabstelle Forschung

IHR PROFIL

* Hochschulabschluss oder eine gleichzuhaltende Qualifikation

* Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit (Deutsch/Englisch)

* Erfahrung in wissenschaftlichem Schreiben

* Kenntnisse der Universitätslandschaft von Vorteil

* Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse (MS Office, Anwendersoftware, Umgang mit Datenbanken)

* Strukturierte, selbstorganisierte und genaue Arbeitsweise, Serviceorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit

* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
